About Us

Federation of Indian MGT professionals is an organization which is all about quality education in the field of professional studies in management. It aims towards the betterment of the students by spreading awareness about the illegal associations and illegal approvals given by the associations to establish management schools without having acknowledged the criteria of establishing them. FIM aims at creating, acknowledging and setting parameters and criteria for the establishment of the proper and effective B schools in our country.
Associations are made so that people of a certain group may develop mutual cooperation and links with one another. They prove to be helpful to the people, who want to pursue their dreams and turn them into reality or when there is a need to stand united and fight for what is right.Though associations are usually powerful, they’re not always.The strength of an association solely depends on what kinds of people make them. This is why small associations always try to bring powerful people into their group to provide them with a strong support. Many other times, they invite people to get benefited from their services. The more the hands, the more lays the strength. We’re welcoming more minds to join hands and make us strong. Our association has particularly been used to of taking a strong stand for the rights of our community We are looking for people from diverse disciplines to join us so that we get benefitted from their skills and create an association with bricks of mutual respect and shared growth. Guiding Philosophy

FIM should be recognized as a proper authoritative, regulated association consisting of people who value education and are really worried about what is happening with Management colleges. A team of professionals should be made to recognize the efforts of the management schools towards their work and efforts for the students and society as a whole. Our motive is to improve the Management education in terms of quality because our education system is governed by unqualified management guys, when there education is not up to the mark then how can he manage or run the system.
